Masako became passionate about birth during her pregnancy and the birth of her son. It was through her birth that she learned its transformational power and and just how important this memory is to a mother. And so she became very passionate about empowering women during pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
A DONA- trained birth and postpartum doula, she is honored to support and empower women during their through their pregnancy birth, postpartum, and beyond. Her goal is to inspire confidence within you and help you to trust in your own ability to give birth and care for your child.
Masako also offers holistic massage, sound meditation, and revels in providing delicious and nutritious meal to her clients.
Born and raised in Japan, she currently lives in Berkeley with her husband, son, and dog. She loves the ocean and mountains, and spends her time dancing, meditating, and reading.
On her days off, she enjoy going to the beach with her family, camping, and relaxing in nature. She also has 20 years of experience in flamenco dancing and continues to dance.
