Thais is a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist, and Breastfeeding Educator. She dedicates her time and energy to providing support for families during the precious moments of welcoming new family members. Thais takes immense pride in her gentle, capable approach to her work.

HER JOURNEY... as a doula was inspired early on by her mother, who served as the family doula. Their home was often a haven for postpartum family members, offering them a place to rest, recover, and focus solely on bonding with their new bundle of joy.

Thais is known for her caring, respectful, knowledgeable, and kind demeanor. She provides unwavering support without judgment and always respects individuality. Attentive to the needs and wishes of those she serves, Thais is flexible and aims to meet all expectations. Her passion for her work is evident, and she feels incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to support families during such a special time. Every action she takes comes from a place of love, and her presence offers a sense of safety and confidence.

When not working, Thais can often be found expanding her knowledge or engaging in networking groups and events within the doula community. However, her life isn't exclusively about her work. She loves exploring new places, hiking, nurturing her connection with nature, tending to her plants, watching movies and series, playing puzzle games, and spending time with her husband's large San Francisco family. Surprisingly, Thais has a guilty pleasure: watching reality shows. She sees them as an anthropological experience, and they never fail to make her laugh.
